GLAST LAT trigger investigations

GLEAM code functions:

  - generate MC GRB photon lists based on observed GRB duration, spectrum,
              and peak flux distributions 

  - simulate LAT detection and reconstruction of GRB photons

  - simulate distributions of background events


IDL code functions:

  - generate background of arbitrary duration and rate by sampling
              gleam simulation results.

  - mix gleam detected grb photons with background events

  - compute likelihood functions based on photon clustering and
         arrival times
